Procedure: In stainless steel tanks with daily overpumping for subsequent fermentation-maceration of the must-wine.

Temperature and Fermentation period: 26-27ºC for 12 days.

Aging: 12 months in oak casks and 12 months in the bottle.

Serving temperature: 16ºC

Tasting notes: Ruby red. The nose reveals notes of liquorice. Warm in the mouth. Hints of toasted fruits and spices.
