Procedure: In stainless steel tanks with daily overpumping for subsequent fermentation-maceration of the must-wine.

Temperature and Fermentation period: 30ºC for 12 days.

Aging: 18 months in oak casks and 6 months in the bottle.

Serving temperature: 16ºC

Tasting notes: Deep ruby red. Aromas of ripe plum, smoky background and vanilla oak. Persistent in the mouth.
